You no longer have to enter the current account number in order to transfer funds, all you need is the recipient’s telephone number. The recipient needs to have the IPS Transfer service active on their bank’s mobile app so that the sent amount is successfully transferred to their account, quickly and easily. The maximum amount of these types of transactions is RSD 300,000. Send funds easily through the AIK Banka mBanking app - Transfer option, by just having the recipient’s mobile phone number.
How can I register for the ‘Transfer’ service?
If you wish to use the IPS Transfer service, you need to register through the AIK Banka mBanking app by linking your telephone number to your current account. Your telephone number is then registered in the system to your current account and now you can send and receive funds in this manner. Registering for the ‘Transfer’ service is free of charge.
A precondition for this service is that you need to have activated the mBanking app.

How do I activate my mobile application (mBanking)?

If you are not a user of eBanking, the new version of the mBanking application allows you to independently activate this service, quickly and easily. Apply for mBanking at your nearest branch and you will then receive a PIN sent to you via SMS message. Use your PIN and your current account number to activate mBanking in 3 simple steps - easily, quickly and on your own.

What payment code am I supposed to enter if I am transferring funds to a private individual’s account?

For standard payments, including transferring funds to a private individual’s account, use the code 289, which means ‘transactions by citizen order’. For all other payments, find out which code you need in the Financial Transaction Codes Book.

I made a mistake on my payment order; can I cancel the order?

If the order has not been processed yet, you can cancel it on your own via your mBanking app. If the order was processed in the meantime you will need to contact the bank which will provide you with the appropriate instructions on which cancellation form to use.

Why is Token activation in AIK Banka’s mBanking app important?

Because it allows you to quickly and easily become a mBanking user. With independent activation of the Token, logging in is easy, verification of bill payment orders is even easier, and using the app is a piece of cake. We guarantee the safety of logging in, executing transactions and offer new functionalities such as signing contractual documentation. Access to the contents of the app is protected by an mPIN which serves to ensure the safe exchange of data with the bank. This PIN is known only to you because you are the one who generates the PIN while activating the Token.

How do I become an eBanking user?

Submit an Application and sign the eBanking Agreement at your nearest AIK Banka branch. You will then receive an SMS message that contains the PIN (Personal Identification Number) you need to activate this service. Once you receive your PIN go to the registration page (https://ebanking.aikbanka.rs/Retail/anonymous/_newUser?r=%2fRetail) where you will create your own user account. Create your own user account name and generate your own password.

I have transferred cash to someone via my eBanking/mBanking account. When will these funds be available on their account?

If your accounts are held in the same bank, the funds will be available immediately. If your accounts are held in different banks, and you have chosen the ‘instant payment’ option, the funds will be available in just a few seconds. If your accounts are held in different banks and you have not chosen the ‘instant payment’ option, the funds will be available in as little as a few hours.

What is the difference between e- and mBanking?

Both options offer practically the same functionalities. eBanking is intended for use on desktop or laptop computers, while the mBanking app is intended for use on smartphones and tablets and allows you to manage your finances even when you are on the go.
