This link is used exclusively for the submittal of written complaints under the Law on Protection of Financial Services Users, which relate to non-compliance with the provisions of agreements concluded with the Bank, non-compliance with regulations, internal Bank acts, standards in banking operations, and good business practices.
A submitted complaint must include a sufficient amount of the User’s information as well as information concerning the agreement concluded with the Bank.
